We are located on the Old Richardson Highway close to Glennallen, Gakona in Copper Center on the Old Richardson Highway 100 miles from Valdez. You can find us 10 minutes south of Glennallen, 3 hours from Anchorage and 4 hours from Fairbanks. Camp by the river with us if you need a rest and are traveling the Richardson Highway.

Salmon Grove is located on the Klutina River trail that leads downstream to the Copper River. The moderate hike down to the Copper River follows the south bank of the Klutina River until it reaches the Klutina River, Copper River confluence. Depending on water level the hike may require waders or rain boots. The Copper River/Klutina River confluence offers breathtaking views, wildlife viewing and fishing opportunities.

Visit our 100 year old log cabin. The " Guide Shack" is where we meet and outfit you for our fishing trips. Hot coffee is always on in the guide shack and all campers are welcome to check out the historic cabin, enjoy a cup of coffee and a 100 year old historic landmark.

Large clean indoor/outdoor style family showers. Showers are token operated and free of charge when you are camping or fishing with Salmon Grove. Tokens for visitors can purchased for $2.50 in the office
